Pat's Seagull is a spectacular beach front house offering complete luxury in a relaxed and very private setting.  Four large bedrooms and four full baths provide accommodations for up to 12 people.  This house consists of two bedrooms on the ground floor with a full kitchen, breakfast room, one car garage, and access to the swimming pool and beach; the second floor offers two bedrooms, a large living room, study, dining area, and a spacious open gourmet kitchen.  Sleeping accommodations include a king size bed and a set of twin bunkbeds in the master bedroom , two twin size beds in the second bedroom, one queen size bed in the third bedroom, and two queen size beds in the fourth bedroom.
