Pat's Seagull is a spectacular beach front house offering complete luxury in a relaxed and very private setting.  Four large bedrooms and four full baths provide accommodations for up to 12 people.  This house consists of two bedrooms on the ground floor with a full kitchen, breakfast room, one car garage, and access to the swimming pool and beach; the second floor offers two bedrooms, a large living room, study, dining area, and a spacious open gourmet kitchen.  Sleeping accommodations include a king size bed in the master bedroom, two twin size beds in the second bedroom, one queen size bed in the third bedroom, and two queen size beds in the fourth bedroom.
