The interior of the house is completely decorated with all new and contemporary furniture offering a very fresh, comfortable, and welcoming feel.  This three story home offers a large master suite on the third floor with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and a small water view of the Gulf of Mexico, on the second floor (main living area) you have a large living room, dining area, kitchen, and two guest bedrooms, and on the first floor you have the fourth bedroom which is accessed through a separate and private entrance off of the swimming pool.

Sleeping accommodations include: King bed in the master, Queen bed in one of the guest bedrooms, Bunk bed in another guest room (Twin on top, Full below, and Twin size trundle), and a Queen bed in the ground floor bedroom.

The back yard is very private and fenced with a beautiful pool and hot tub, there is plenty of room to spread out around the pool or lounge under the shade of a large deck.  Enjoy South Padre Island's incredible climate and BBQ with the ease of our gas grill.
